Stephen Barron founded ÆGIR Consulting after working for 15 years with the Government of B.C. He worked for five years as a liquor inspector in the City of Vancouver and Richmond, with the Liquor Cannabis Regulation Branch of B.C. (LCRB). As an experienced regulatory professional, he understands the complexities of the processes involved in liquor licensing and is able navigate the different levels of government involved in the licensing process. He is adept in all aspects of licensing, including compliance issues and due diligence investigations. He has assisted clients in every aspect of their business, including the relocation of liquor primary licenses, new applications for food and liquor primary licenses and due diligence investigations.
Stephen understands and adeptly navigates the many challenges faced by operators of hospitality businesses in BC, and has successfully managed hundreds of liquor licensing projects.
